the guild is the official adventurer's guild of Sharlayan and was formed by its current guildmaster only known as "Hawke", an ex pirate captain who worked with the Maelstrom of Limsa Lominsa. she founded the guild in order to protect those who cant protect themselves in their hour of need as she had needed when she lost her previous ship and crew to the primal Leviathan. the ship itself was commissioned by Hawke for the purpose of housing her guild while keeping her familiar home on the sea. now Hawke travels the ports of Etheirys to recruit members for her guild.

the goal of The Hawk's Den is to be a place to facilitate small sized, impromptu, and lore friendly rp sessions with a focus on slice of life or casual rp. on occasion hosting an rp event very rarely.the hope is to be less formal and hopefully create a small friend group more than be some massive rp group with regular events.there is an expectation for people to have completed the story up to the end of endwalker.the group is also very mod friendly with a synchshell and members are encouraged to at minimum install mare and join the syncshell. though it is not required.
